Senior Blockchain Researcher

• Conduct in-depth research on diverse cutting-edge blockchain technology, such as consensus mechanisms, Layer2, privacy-preserving computing, new defi protocols, cross-chain operations, and more.
• Research and analyze new assets, technologies, and entities within the blockchain ecosystem. Translate findings into actionable strategies for product development. 
• Craft a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape, dissect market trends, and unearth untapped project possibilities.
• Stay informed about protocol changes, developments, forks, and emerging transaction patterns. Keep the engineering team up to date with the evolving landscape of supported assets.
• Develop business proposals, forecasts, and financial models for new products and services. 
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that research outcomes are delivered on time and with high quality.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Experiences in designing distributed systems and blockchain protocols.
• Solid understanding of market microstructure and algorithmic trading concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Orienting in-depth working in Blockchain.
• Majoring in informatics in high school, participating in the National Olympiad for Informatics and regional/international ACM ICPC is a plus.
