Senior Back-End Developer

- Contribute to large-scale digital project development (like e-Commerce, marketplace...).

- Understand user stories and convert them into implementation tasks.

- Prioritizing, assigning and executing tasks throughout the software development life cycle.

- Ensure code quality, best practices, and design patterns are implemented.

- Creating unit tests and continuously delivering the software (CI - DevOps, ...) is a plus.

- Communicate risks and issues.

- Realize daily and weekly activity reporting.

- Demonstrate software to product owners and collect feedback.

- Minimum 3 years of overall development experience in JAVA, having experience in leadership positions is a BIG plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

- Expertise in most of the following: Spring Framework, Hibernate, Junit, SQL, design patterns, Kafka, postgres, mongoDB

- Very strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills

- Experience with system for B2C/B2B business model is a big plus

- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus

- Be familiar with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kaban...)

- Be proactive in identifying and solving problems.

- Good at teamwork and communication skills.

- Salary: Negotiable based on competency
