Job Description

  • Continuously develop and refine QA processes, with a strong emphasis on automation.
  • Implement new automated testing tools and broaden the automation scope.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish test strategies, manage risks, and ensure quality in every release.
  • Lead the investigation of live issues, plan solutions, and apply preventive measures through automation.
  • Mentor and support the QA team, highlighting the significance of automation in the QA workflow.
  • Oversee and automate testing processes for web and mobile app releases to ensure top-notch user experiences.
  • Create and maintain automated test cases, scripts, and related documentation.
  • Serve as second-level support for escalated issues, using automated tests for validation.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors about bugs, fixes, and releases.
  • Continuously improve the QA process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in software test management, focusing on automation in complex tech environments.
  • Expertise in automated testing tools such as Selenium and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Extensive experience with QA metrics and data-driven quality decision-making.
  • Proven track record in managing and automating QA processes in cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira/Confluence and cross-device testing platforms like BrowserStack.
  • Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and technical writing abilities.
  • Inquisitive, methodical, and proactive in identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
