Senior Analog Design Engineer

• Managing technologies within projects, offering expert technical guidance and solutions to ensure successful completion.
• Developing and guiding team members to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity.
• Preparing and submitting detailed status reports to minimize project risks and resolve escalations promptly.
• Ensuring process compliance within the assigned module and actively participating in technical discussions and reviews.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing analog circuits.
• Intermediate English with the ability to communicate at basic level.
• Proven track record of timely delivery and validation of high-speed interface blocks such as transmit drivers, CTLE, DFE, PLL, impedance calibration, etc.
• Hands-on experience in designing DC-DC converters and other precision analog circuits including operational amplifiers, band-gap references, POR, current limit circuits, LDO regulators, comparators, oscillators, etc.
• Strong understanding of small signal analysis, various frequency compensation techniques, and ESD.
• Experience in verification across PVT, statistical mismatch, and mixed-signal verification.
• Proficiency in using tools like Virtuoso/Tanner for schematic/model design and verification.
• Experience collaborating with layout engineers to optimize IP layout.
• Familiarity with silicon validation and debug processes, particularly in technology nodes below 28nm.
• Excellent team player with strong English verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Experience in leading a team.
• Knowledge of FinFET technology.
• Familiarity with high-speed interface protocols such as PCIe, DDR, HBM, JESD204, etc.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and SIMPLIS tools.
• Experience with high-current designs and/or multi-phase operation switching regulators.
• Familiarity with design in FF and FDSOI technologies.
