Job Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer focusing on ads, you will support the leads in the creative design process, working directly with clients and developing high-impact advertisement campaigns that drive engagement and achieve strategic marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support and guide the design team in creating compelling and innovative advertisements under the lead’s direction.
- Develop, implement, and oversee design strategies and creative standards across all projects.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their branding and business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on layouts, typography, and ad design to meet high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with editorial and sales teams to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging.
- Manage design resources and assist in budget planning for advertising projects.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
- Produce static print & digital ads for the customers.
- Quality assure the design, message, and content of the production.
- Maintain and, if necessary, develop our customers' ad and graphic profiles.
- Translate customer production material into selling campaigns by focusing on message, color, images, and layout.
- Proof and manage customer contact.
- Ensure ad productions are delivered according to deadlines and timeframes, and work proactively.
Working Schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:
- Morning shift: 7.00 AM - 3.00 PM
- Evening shift: 3.00 PM - 11.00 PM
