Job Description
- Responsible for bringing innovation and constantly seeking ways to improve each and everyone’s performance. Help the team communicating well, solving problems and delivering a great product. This also includes teaching the team all ways of agile software practices, leading all Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments and shielding them from external distractions
- Contribute with the team on how to use scrum & agile practices and methodologies.
- Lead all scrum ceremonies, such as the daily meeting, the sprint review, retrospective and planning, in a way that ensures full team engagement.
- Support Product Owner, team members, necessary stakeholders on preparing and releasing sprint planning.
- Foster by encouragement close cooperation across data scientists and data engineers, encouraging cross-training and mutual support.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Digital & Analytics team and other operational departments, work on things to make sure smooth progress of the team, and drive actions to eliminate any roadblocks lies in teams’ progress.
- Carry out any additional tasks related to the position assigned by the head of department.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum.
- Technical experience working with various technology stacks and coaching development teams.
- Past developer experience would be ideal
- Bachelor’s degree and academic excellence from the quantitative field.
- MSc level in Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent technical field.
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
- Certified Scrum Practioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) would be desirable
- Fluent English competency (TOEIC 700 or above)
