Job Description

1. Business Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Take full accountability for revenue performance while shaping long-term growth strategies within IT Outsourcing
  • Formulate and implement go-to-market plans for targeted global markets

2. Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and enhance Sales effectiveness
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency

3. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Manage and motivate Sales, Marketing, and Growth functions to achieve business objectives
  • Cultivate a results-driven, entrepreneurial working environment with strong professional standards

4. Client Relationship & Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with key clients and strategic accounts
  • Supervise the full customer journey, from initial market penetration to long-term account growth

Qualifications

  • Professional Background: At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Growth roles, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions (preferably within large-scale tech firms or multinational environments)
  • Core Competencies: Solid expertise in P&L oversight, strategic planning, and high-level negotiation in international contexts
  • Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; strong command of English for daily business communication
  • Personal Traits: Demonstrates integrity, ownership, decisiveness, and resilience under high-pressure environments

Nice to Have

  • Academic experience abroad is considered an advantage
