Ruby On Rails Developer (Senior/Lead)

• Build and maintain backend systems using Ruby on Rails to support business requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA) to deliver features effectively and on schedule.
• Enhance system performance, ensure scalability, and improve overall code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to less experienced developers.
• Handle troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in live environments.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply suitable solutions into development process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiar with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); experience with React or Stimulus is an advantage.
• Understanding of development workflows and tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec).
• Good English communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
