1/ Responsibilities

· Manage and coach a team of Research Executives and Research Assistants to provide excellent service for our clients.

· Communicate with clients to understand the business objectives and select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques for proposals.

· Plan and manage projects with highest quality.

· Do client service and support with project advice and consulting.

2/ Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the custom Market Research industry.

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

- Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis.

- Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
