Research Analyst (Junior/Senior level)

Savills Vietnam - HCMC Branch

- Update/ improve Real Estate information database and analyze date to provide with insights that reflecting the current Real Estate market

- Leading data research in close cooperation with clients and colleagues to satisfy project requirements

- Conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods

- Writing/ developing reports and documents containing actionable recommendations

- Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary

- Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market. Understand expectations of clients and design surveys to meet projects requirement.

- Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables.

- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times

- Understand/Update land law and other relevant legal issues Vietnam.

- Lead/ guide Intern/Junior if required

- Education:

 + Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.

 + Attention to details and results-driven

- Communication skills:

 + Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.

- PC skills:

 + The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.

- Experience:

 + Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same position.

 + Proficient English (both speaking and writing). Key characteristics
