We are seeking a qualified psychologist with experience supporting the trans and gender non-conforming community. This role is an opportunity to make a profound difference by providing safe, affirming, and professional spaces for clients during critical stages of their healthcare journey.

Diagnostic assessments and referral sessions are more than formalities—they are affirmations of identity, validation of lived experience, and essential steps in care continuity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surgery referral sessions for trans and gender non-conforming clients.
• Provide fertility referral sessions, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Deliver formal diagnostic sessions, including the diagnosis of gender incongruence when required.
• Create a safe and supportive environment through virtual sessions (Google Meet).

Preferred Background

• Registered psychologist or equivalent professional registration (international applicants welcome).
• Demonstrated experience in gender-specific care, referrals, and assessments.
• Commitment to inclusive, client-centered practice that prioritizes empathy and respect.

Compensation & Commitment

• Compensation model: 70/30 cost split, in favor of the independent session provider.
• Immediate start available (allow 7 working days from contract signing).
• Location: Europe preferred, though international applications are welcome.
