- Work with cross functional team to Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects

- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications

- Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field

- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status

- Create, release BOM/ECN and daily engineering activity

- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team

- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Senior Engineering Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

- Develop strategies to evaluate precision and accuracy of analytical equipment, tests & measurements and production equipment.

- Lead, transfer, direct and assist technical, professional staff, measuring and testing a product or a service.

- Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferable in electronics industry

- Good knowledge about Production is an advantage

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Gentle and logical attitude

- Fluent English. If could speak some Mandarin will preferable but not necessary.

- Require to work in factory.

- Require to work overtime when necessary.

- Need travel to overseas when request
