Product Owner (Japanese + English)

• Participate in outsourced projects for clients from the Japanese market
• Act as a bridge between Japanese clients, global clients, and the offshore project team in Vietnam
• Provide consultation to clients and direction for the project team
• Work directly with Japanese clients and global clients: communicate, negotiate, gather, and analyze software project requirements, and convey them to the Vietnam team
• Create project plans, monitor progress, and manage the team.
• The current project is in the insurance domain, collaborating with several multinational teams

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Information Technology or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position or roles such as BA/BrSE/PM
• Strong skills in analysis, planning, teamwork, task management, time management, and communication
• Proficient in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2), and able to communicate with clients in English
• Creative, logical thinker with critical thinking skills
• Positive mindset, creativity, innovation, and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to existing problems
• Experience in leading teams is a plus

• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
