Job Description

• Analyze client business needs and system requirements, then suggest suitable solutions and system functions
• Prepare documents such as feature lists, system proposals (web/app), and explanation materials for clients
• Create quotations for clients
• Research software solutions and AI applications to propose effective solutions
• Present solutions, negotiate with clients, and support contract closing
• Work with internal teams (development, etc.) to prepare proposals, support clients, and handle issues between the client and team
• Support creation of sales and marketing materials (website content, company profile, etc.)
• Report progress and sales results to managers
• Work with Sales team, partners, and internal teams to build technical solutions, project plans, and budgets
• Join in building and developing the Presales team
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Languages, or related fields
• Certifications in Japanese, Business Analysis, or IT are a plus

Languages

• Japanese level N2 or above (good reading and communication skills)

Business Analysis (BA)

• Experience in analyzing business requirements and proposing IT solutions (web, app, AI, etc.)
• Ability to create documents such as requirement documents, flow diagrams, and proposals
• Strong skills in analyzing and suggesting suitable solutions for clients

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of software development (web, app, AI projects)
• Experience working in roles like BA, PM, Tester, or Developer
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, C#, PHP, HTML, etc.) is a plus
• Understanding of API development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.)

Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good documentation skills (writing proposals, reports, contracts, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
