Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven Product Owner to lead the development of high-impact, next-gen AI and blockchain products. You will own the product roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and ensure successful and timely product delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Serve as Product Owner in Scrum teams for major product initiatives
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
• Create user stories, manage backlog, and prioritize tasks
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Design to remove blockers and ensure smooth releases
• Monitor product KPIs and user feedback to drive improvements
• Stay updated on market trends in blockchain, AI, and user experience
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, standups, retrospectives)

Required Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment
• Direct experience in blockchain and AI domains
• Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making ability
• Fluent in English

Preferred Skills and Experiences

• Experience launching consumer-facing blockchain, Web3, or AI-powered platforms
• Understanding of decentralized technologies and token economics
• Familiarity with cross-functional product development in startups or tech scale-ups.
