• Giám sát và chịu trách nhiệm các hoạt động thu mua của toàn nhà máy;

To supervise and be in charge of the procurement activities of the whole factory.

• Lên kế hoạch mua hàng và tìm kiếm nguồn hàng;

To make procurement planning.

• Tìm kiếm nhà cung ứng mới, xây dựng và phát triển mối quan hệ với nhà cung ứng;

To find new suppliers, build, and develop relationships with suppliers.

• Đàm phán, thương lượng về giá, điều khoản hợp đồng với nhà cung ứng;

To negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers.

• Đánh giá chất lượng, hiệu quả của nhà cung ứng định kì hoặc theo yêu cầu;

To evaluate the quality and efficiency of suppliers periodically or as required.

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan như sản xuất, xuất nhập khẩu, giao nhận…để duy trì, đảm bảo tính ổn định của quá trình thu mua;

To coordinate with relevant departments such as production, Import-Export, Accounting, etc… to maintain and ensure the stability of the purchasing process.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của công ty.

Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Tài chính, Kế toán, Cơ khí…liên quan.

Have a Bachelor's degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, Mechanical major, and related major.

• Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm từ ~ 5 năm tại công ty sản xuất cơ khí của Nhật (trong đó có 3 năm ở vị trí giám sát tương đương)

Have 5 years of working experience above in a Japanese mechanical manufacturing company (in which 3 years of experience in the same position).

• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và giải quyết vấn đề;

Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Yêu cầu Tiếng Nhật giao tiếp (N3 cứng), Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế;

Japanese communication, reporting, and work by email. Prefer to know more about English.

• Cẩn thận, đúng giờ

• Working in Long Duc Industrial Park.
• Working days: Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturday /months (7:45 am - 4:30 pm,45' lunch break)
• Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
• 13-Month salary  + bonus 2 times per year.
