3. Cải tiến sản phẩm, quy trình, công nghệ…
4. Tham gia các nhóm chuyên án

1. Có kiến thức về các thiết bị gia công cơ khí như tiện, phay, mài, Wire cut,
2. 3. 4. 5. EDM, …..
Có kiến thức về vật liệu cơ khí, vật liệu khuôn
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về dập và thiết kế khuôn dập
Biết sử dụng các phần mềm thiết kế như Autocad, Solidword.
Ưu tiên biết sử dụng các phần mềm mô phỏng phân tích về dập
