• Check inventory/AP/AR/FA/Trial Balance data in the ERP system (JDE).
• Knowledge of standard cost and actual price systems. Monitor actual vs. standard cost analysis, investigate, and report the reasons for variances.
• Support/train subordinates in their work according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ensure that all revenue/sales/material/CD/inventory transactions are properly recognized in a timely and explainable manner.
• Create/Check monthly forecast financial reports (PL, CF, BS, Trial Balance).
• Maintain the general ledger in accordance with Vietnamese regulations (VN GAAP/VAS).
• Prepare quarterly and annual CIT declarations and respond to FS audits, Tax Health CIT/PIT/FCT, and TP audits.
• Prepare Budget, Forecast BS, PL, and CF reports.
• Support accounting projects related to related parties.
• Update and train on new government circulars and rules for relevant departments within the company.
• Set up procedures/SOPs for the Accounting section.
• Report to the Department of Statistics of the government.
• Respond to internal audits (JSOX) and related party audits.
• Analyze risks and report to top management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting
• Strong skills in reading, listening, speaking, and writing in English.
• 5 years of experience in the same position
• Problem-solving, time management, relationship-building, teamwork, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Having Chief Accountant certification.
