Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with payment-related partners, financial service providers, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Explore new partnership opportunities to support business growth objectives.
  • Conduct discussions and commercial negotiations with external partners.
  • Research payment industry trends, transaction models, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and assess developments within the payment ecosystem.
  • Recommend partnership approaches and payment solutions based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of payment-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding activities and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of projects involving payment integrations and operational expansion.
  • Analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare business proposals, reports, and recommendations for management.
  • Evaluate new opportunities that can contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Fintech, Payments, or a related field.
  • Understanding of digital payment solutions, financial technology services, or transaction processing environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple teams.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with payment service providers, financial technology companies, or related organizations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with payment integration projects or payment operations is preferred.
  • Existing connections within the fintech, payments, or digital commerce ecosystem will be considered a plus.
