Working Address

Troubleshoot our customer infrastructure and applications
Participate to the day to day mission
Prepare infrastructure design for CTO validation
Describe and design CI / CD and automation based on customer needs
Keep projects consistent on a technical point of view
Design operational processes
Ensure that all project under his responsibility is shareable with our NOC team (enough monitoring, processes, and customer specific training performed)
Strong technical involvement in order to unstuck / fix issues of the team
Continuous discussion with project managers / directors in order to both understand the objective, and give them some technical basis to help them debating with customers.

AWS Certified SysOps Administrator and/or other AWS Certified required
Good Network, SysOps, IT company services experiences
Fortinet NSE4 / NSE5, experiences with Cisco and/or GCP / Azure is a plus
JAVA, Python or Ruby are a big plus
Toeic 700 or equivalent
5+ years of working in IT Field, 3+ on cloud using IT automation
Strong linux and cloud experience - certifications more than welcome
Automation implementation in a working environment (infrastructure, deployment, chatbot, automated testing, …
Strong analysis and information gathering skills
Good communication
