Reporting to ACM, an SCA’s responsibilities include but not only limited to the followings:

Classroom support:

• Support teachers:

- Give preliminary information on the students’ level and the class’s characteristics at the beginning of the course

- Support teachers in class assigned

+ Classroom preparation: Make sure the facility, materials, laptops and other tools ready for the class; Deal with technical and admin issues in the classroom

+ Student homework: Distribute homework to students via the online platform ECO and make sure students homework are graded by either teachers, teaching assistants, your student care officers

- Student data input: manage data of students and classroom assigned (name, age, class, photo, homework grade, classroom attendance, mock test scores, progress test scores)

- Tests: Administer progress tests, mock tests, and placement tests on ECO system

Student care:

- Student performance and individual academic plan: Fully aware of each student’ progress in the classroom and be able to provide academic feedback and develop an academic plan the student

- Tutorials and make-up classes: Arrange extra sessions as regulated when students need further support from the school or when they are absent from class.

+ Student activities: coordinate with teachers, teaching assistants to organize activities to improve students' skills and commitment to IvyPrep Education

Parent communications:

- Student report: Approve online report after each class sent to parents, mid and final reports of the class to the parents; and call parents 3 times during one course to communicate about students’ program.

- Re-enrollment: Class re-enrollment sales for the students to get into the next course

Campus-wide activities:

- Support ACMs and ACs in organizing activities

• Candidates who have worked in an equivalent position or worked in the education industry are an advantage
• Have an IELTS certificate of 6.0 or higher or some other equivalent certificate
• Graduated in English language major
