Job Description

  • Perform market and competitor analysis within the IT outsourcing sector, focusing on English-speaking regions.
  • Identify potential clients and initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and professional networks.
  • Apply Social Selling strategies on LinkedIn to strengthen brand presence and generate inbound leads.
  • Set up and optimize automated cold email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist to scale lead generation efforts.
  • Expand and develop the client base across targeted international markets.
  • Build, maintain, and manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contractual documents in English.
  • Update and manage customer data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and generate periodic sales performance reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to propose suitable solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing materials such as case studies, pitch decks, and whitepapers to enhance business development efforts.


Job Requirements


  • IT understanding: Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), common tech stacks, and IT outsourcing services.
  • Sales experience: Demonstrated success in selling ITO, IT staffing, or SaaS offerings in English-speaking markets.
  • Experience: Candidates with around 1–3+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Global mindset: Practical experience working directly with international clients across the EU, the US, the UAE, and the APAC regions.
  • Lead generation tools: Good command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
  • Content creation: Ability to produce professional, engaging English content for social media and client outreach.
  • Data analysis: Ability to track and evaluate Marketing/Sales KPIs to support better conversion performance.
  • English proficiency: Strong spoken and written English skills (equivalent to B2+ or C1).
  • Mindset: Proactive, goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to consistently exceed sales targets.
