• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and refine requirements
• Create and maintain requirement documents in Japanese or English
• Facilitate communication between clients and developers to ensure alignment
• Provide suitable proposals to ensure product meets expectations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a main contact point

Requirements

• Japanese N2 or higher
• English is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience as BA or PM in software development
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn and improve knowledge in software development

• Experience working with both clients and development teams
• Strong problem-solving ability and capability to propose solutions
• Background as a Project Manager or Engineer is an advantage
• Experience working with Japanese clients or Agile projects is preferred
