Job Responsibilities

(Pre-COD / Before Operation)

• Conduct field verification of transport routes under the manager's instructions (e.g., accompanying test drives, recording road conditions and travel times).
• Construct and strategize optimal domestic logistics networks (e.g., direct transport vs. hub-and-spoke models).
• Negotiate terms and conclude contracts with logistics companies.
• Conduct field verification of transport routes from each province (checking road conditions, gradients, and loading infrastructure) and optimize routes.
• Develop logistics cost models based on field research.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the manager.

(Post-COD / After Operation)

• Manage and oversee the daily receiving schedule (truck deliveries) of fuel (wood residues, etc.) at the power plant.
• Continuously identify logistics operational issues and optimize operations.
• Collect data for logistics cost reduction (e.g., measuring actual fuel efficiency, waiting times, and loading/unloading times).

Requirements

Mandatory

• Communication skills in Japanese or English.
• Ability to work on-site (including travel and route verification in mountainous provinces).
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively in the field.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in logistics (e.g., dispatching, operation management, warehouse management).

Preferred

• Experience in building optimal logistics networks for bulk transport (heavy/loose cargo) or large vehicles (e.g., semi-trailers).
• Deep knowledge and network regarding land transport and road conditions in Northern Vietnam.
