• Giám sát hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu và kho thành phẩm

Supervise Export-Import Operations and Finished Goods Warehouse

• Kiểm soát chi phí logistics, lập dự toán và cập nhật chi phí thực tế hàng tháng

Monitor logistics expenses, prepare forecasts, and update actual monthly costs.

• Triển khai, thúc đẩy và giám sát thực hiện các chiến lược ngắn hạn nhằm đạt mục tiêu KPI của nhóm.

Implement, promote, support, and monitor short-term strategies to help the team achieve KPI targets.

• Kiểm tra, đối chiếu dữ liệu xuất nhập khẩu hàng tuần, hàng tháng giữa hệ thống nội bộ và Hải Quan. Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp trên.

Verify and reconcile weekly/monthly export-import data between internal systems and Customs; report to management.

• Xử lý sự cố lô hàng và giao tiếp khách hàng

Handle Shipment Issues and Customer Communication

• Giám sát việc tuân thủ và đề xuất cải tiến các hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, môi trường, an toàn lao động và phòng cháy chữa cháy

Monitor compliance and support continuous improvement in QMS, EMS, HSE, and fire prevention systems

• Điều phối đặt booking và container

Coordinate Bookings and Container Arrangements

• ​Theo dõi tình hình công nợ với nhà cung cấp, khách hàng và thực hiện các khoản thanh toán kịp thời

Monitor account payables/receivables and ensure timely payments

• Quản lý định mức nguyên liệu

Manage Raw Material Standard

• Đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên cấp dưới

Train and develop subordinates

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xuất nhập khẩu, Ngoại thương, Logistics hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.

• Ngoại ngữ: TOEIC từ 800 trở lên hoặc trình độ tương đương.

Language: TOEIC 800 or equivalent English proficiency.

• Kinh nghiệm: Từ 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực xuất nhập khẩu, logistics hoặc chuỗi cung ứng.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within export-import, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và lãnh đạo tốt.

Strong time management and leadership skills.

• Kỹ năng đàm phán và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả.

Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI và các phần mềm liên quan.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and relevant software.

• Kỹ năng trình bày và đào tạo tốt.

Strong presentation and training skills.

• Có khả năng huấn luyện và phát triển nhân viên cấp dưới.

Coaching and subordinate development capabilities.

• Kỹ năng ra quyết định nhanh chóng và chính xác.

Sound and timely decision-making skills.

• Language allowance: 500,000 - 2,000,000 VND per month
• Fuel, housing, childcare, attendance, and other allowances as per company policy.
• Probation of 60 days

• Working time: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:45, 4 Saturdays working per year.
