Job Description
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
- Assist Legal Manager in legal issues of the Company and other tasks as assigned by Legal Manager.
PRIMARY JOB TASKS:
- Assist to draft, review the agreements and legal documents of the Company.
- Assist the Legal Manager to highlight compliance risk on company business matters; prepare the dossier for application of the licenses of the company;
- Source, review, analyse and update new relevant legal documents in relation to the business of the company;
- Other tasks assigned by Legal Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor of Law
2. Working experience in the related field is an advantage but not compulsory.
3. Strong computer skills. (Microsoft office)
4. Good at English
