Leader UI/UX Designer

• Manage a UX/UI design team of 3–6 members: plan recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Take full responsibility for the overall UX of all company products (web, app, internal systems, etc.).
• Act as the key liaison working with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.
• Develop and implement long-term UX strategy aligned with the product development roadmap and user needs. Establish standardized UX research processes: user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback loops.
• Manage and continuously improve the Design System to ensure consistency and flexibility across products.
• Organize internal design reviews, professional workshops, and inspire the team to raise design standards.
• Provide strategic user behavior insights, UI logic, and product proposals based on data analysis.

Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a formal university program.

2. Work Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, including a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or senior role with a focus on UX strategy.
• Experience in building and maintaining a Design System across multiple products.
• Preference given to candidates who have worked on large-scale products such as CRM, ERP, internal management systems, admin dashboards, or B2B mobile apps.

3. Work Skills:

• Proficient in Figma, FigJam, or equivalent design tools. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, grid systems, information architecture, and data-driven design.
• Strong UX research skills: hypothesis formulation, behavior mapping, user interviews, and insight analysis.
• Systematic thinking with the ability to view the overall user experience and optimize it strategically.

4. Personality and Other Skills:

• Clear communication, logical argumentation, and confident presentation skills when working with Product, Tech, and Stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring ability with a passion for training and inspiring the design team.
• Preference for candidates with hands-on experience collaborating closely with frontend engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation effectiveness.
