• Design and establish the architecture for the Backend system within a Layer-1 blockchain ecosystem.
• Manage a team of 3–7 Backend Developers, including task assignment, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Implement microservices architectures, event-driven systems, gRPC/WebSocket, and handle on-chain and off-chain data processing.
• Optimize system performance.
• Operate and monitor infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and Business Analysts to translate requirements into feasible technical architectures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Backend development experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior role.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Golang, or Rust, with expertise in microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure: nodes, RPC, consensus, validator, and staking.
• Experience in building indexers (e.g., The Graph, SubQuery) or processing real-time blockchain data.
• Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis, caching, partitioning).
• Proven experience in managing Backend teams and organizing Agile/Scrum processes.
• Preference given to candidates with open-source contributions or practical blockchain products.

• Probation period: 2 months (Probation salary = 85% of base salary).
• Lunch allowance: 25,000 VND per day.
• Annual leave: 12 days per year, with an additional day granted after every 12 months.
