Job Description:
- Meeting interpreting and document translation (Korean, English, Vietnamese)
- Managing payment documents (collecting invoices, making payment request, inputing in system, finishing document)
- Working on SAP, BRAVO systems
- Managing budget (status checking, increase requesting, annual planning, recording)
- Managing records of official letters and documents
- Checking and reporting company related news
- Office asset management
- Supporting visitor and expert
- Managing office, other works
Job Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related major
- Fluent in English and Korean (Higher than TOPIK 5 is preferred, verified in an verbal interview)
- Having experience and willing to work in related field
- Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Being available for business trip
- Responsible, accountable, can work independent & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks
