Korean Coordinator / Translator (Webtoon)

Job Description

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and meetings between Vietnamese and Korean.
• Communicate directly with Korean partners via email, chat, and online meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including artists and collaborators, to ensure project quality and deadlines are met.
• Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and task organization.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to project operations.
• Maintain effective communication between internal teams and Korean stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficient in Korean communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• TOPIK Level 5 or above is required.
• Experience working in a Korean company or in the webtoon/content production industry is a plus.
• Proactive, flexible, and responsible at work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint is an advantage.
