Job Description:

• Develop and establish the Company sales channels in Corporate Gift /GWP field in Vietnam;
• Handling customer needs and quotations;
• Negotiation with customers, implementation of details such as price and order, and order confirmation;
• Proposing gifts/premiums product that can help in clients’ marketing strategies and considering their budget can be met.
• Attend events, trade shows and sponsored events nationally to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for gifts/premiums product.
• Working with design team to customize gifts/premiums based on clients' requirements,
• Liaise with Procurement, QC and Logistic team to process the confirmed orders and ensure timely delivery, and quality of goods before deliver to clients.
• Prepare contract/PO with customer and following up with other department for all documents relating to production.
• Liaising with local and overseas Procurement team to check progress of projects.

Job Requirements

• Work closely with accounting dept. to ensure the smoothly of payment documents and support Accounting team during the collection from client.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Maintenance of customer relationships and communication with headquarters when needed;
• Industry experience: Previous experience in Sales B2B in Corporate Gift; GWP industry; Trade Marketing or Key Account in Agency company is acceptable.
• Familiar with POSM business is a plus;
• Language requirement: Good in English
• Minimum 2-5yrs of relevant working experience in doing B2B sales or business development dealing with marketers AND PROCUREMENTS 
• Report to General Manager;
