Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of business operations and assist in optimizing the covered warrant portfolio to improve investment efficiency, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in designing and executing trading strategies using analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate the warrant issuance process efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports on market performance and contribute to the analysis of trading strategies and portfolio outcomes.
• Conduct research on covered warrants, monitor market trends, and provide insights to support portfolio optimization.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CFA, Fund Management, or Securities Analysis) are a plus.

Experience & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in trading, investment analysis, or related financial roles.
• Basic knowledge of stock trading, market analysis, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with Python and data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in financial markets.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
