Job Description
- Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth
- Drawing product wireframe, functional workflow.
- Close cooperation with our technical specialists in the design, implementation, and deployment of solutions.
- Gather relevant data and conduct business analysis, develop and manage project trackers, timelines, and lead cross-functional groups to deliver on project objectives.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, measure features, and iterate quickly.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams (Business Unit, IT) and work with go-to-market stakeholders to launch features.
- Identify user needs and market dynamics, and use these to inform the strategic direction
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product Analysis/ Systems Analysis on e-commerce, Fintech, Prop tech, … platforms.
- Familiar with product wireframe or product management tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, Jira, Redmine
- Problems & solutions-oriented mindset are must-have criteria
- Data driven mindset, analysis skill
- Passion for eCommerce and a keen eye for good product design.
