Job Description

  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the offshore project team in Vietnam, addressing issues during the project and post-delivery.
  • Communicate directly with Japanese clients.
  • Understand business processes and gather information from clients to relay to the project team.
  • Responsible for clarifying specifications and handling QA-related matters for the project.
  • Provide solutions and suggest ideas for the project.
  • Report project progress to clients through various report formats.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and monitor project timelines.
  • Conduct quality checks on project deliverables before delivering them to clients.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the project.
  • Work location: Japan (Tokyo).


Skill:

  • Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher, with the ability to translate and draft documents in Japanese.
  • Graduated from College or University in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experienced and proficient in at least one programming language/framework: PHP, C#, .Net, Java, NodeJS, Python, Android, iOS, Ruby, etc.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and NoSQL.
  • At least 6 months of experience in software projects for Japanese clients as a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE).
