Blackbird Security is currently hiring an Invoicing Coordinator to join our team at the Ho Chi Mihn City Vietnam.

Role Summary

As the Invoicing Coordinator, you will be part of our Accounting team, ultimately reporting to our Accounts Receivable Manager and the Chief Financial Officer. You will support our efforts in AR and Invoicing, participating in processing, and ensuring collections on more than 400 invoices bi-weekly for our clients across Canada!

This is a vital position within our company and needs someone ready to take ownership of our Invoicing and work in a self-directed manner.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess great time-management skills, and have a good understanding of the generally accepted accounting principles and customer service.

This position is a full-time role that requires you to work at our Ho Chi Mihn City from Monday to Saturday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm ICT.

Job Responsibilities

• Process invoices bi-weekly and monthly with high attention to detail and accuracy within the stipulated timelines.
• Update and maintain accurate invoicing records in Netsuite.
• Ensure invoice data aligns with contracts, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and rectify any invoicing issues.
• Reconciliation of AR and invoices as required.
• Support all AR/Invoicing functions, prepare quotes/estimates and budget spreadsheets as required.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or accounting support roles required.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Experience using Netsuite preferred but not mandatory as training we be provided
• Post-secondary education or other courses in related fields are an asset
