• Development and Technology Support: Provide support for development and technology aspects.
• Internal Fund Business Formation: Conduct market and product research to aid in the formation of internal fund businesses.
• Analytical Material Preparation: Prepare analytical materials to support business progress decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in similar role.
• Experience in the startup investment industry, specifically in pre-seed, seed, and early-stage investments.
• Experience in the blockchain industry. Solid understanding of market dynamics, trends, and regulatory environments in the digital assets and RWA sectors.
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English, with the capability to produce high-quality research reports and investment proposals.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, including valuation techniques and financial modeling..
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
