Job Description:

• Plan and design space concepts that reflect company’s brand identity.
• Execute design projects for stores, exhibitions, and office environments.
• Develop proposals based on client needs and project budgets.
• Research and select suppliers for materials, furniture, and construction.
• Monitor market prices and negotiate with partners to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, engineers, and construction teams.

  Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior or architectural design.
• Proficiency in professional design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of 2D drawing interpretation and construction processes.
• Experience in vendor communication, cost comparison, and price negotiation is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of brand expression through space.
• Being able to use English is an advantage
