I. Job Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for various positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Employer Branding (30%)
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Create compelling content for recruitment marketing materials, social media channels, and employer branding campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand.
3. Employee Engagement (40%)
- Implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work culture.
- Organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to celebrate achievements and promote employee morale.
- Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement
II. Job Qualification & Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee engagement roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Honesty and high responsibility.
- Experience with computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Can basically communicate (writing, speaking) in English
- 2-month probation period with full salary.
