Job Description:

• Source investment partners for projects, network with large corporations, investment funds, etc. for joint investment and shareholding. Priority is given to large corporations with experience in steel investment.

• Develop and complete the capital mobilization plan set by the Board of Directors to serve the business operations and development strategy of the Group, plan capital mobilization for projects.

• Perfect the coordination process between the Capital Mobilization Department and other departments in the Group related to capital mobilization.

• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and foreign investors, banks, and credit institutions to mobilize capital, or through shares (unsecured, secured)

• Review contracts and agreements related to capital mobilization transactions to ensure compliance with Board of Directors' approval.

• Research, propose financing structures, manage and control the effective use of capital.

• Develop policies, procedures and advise the General Director on handling issues under the assigned functions.

Qualifications:

• Chinese language is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position.

• Good knowledge of project law and real estate finance.

• Project management skills, planning skills, control and organization of human resources.

• Good management skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
