• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage attendance tracking, payroll processing, salary calculations, and employee-related payments (company size: under 10)
• Record and reconcile company income, expenses, and operational transactions
• Process invoices, payments, and monthly accounting reports
• Handle payment transactions on daily basis
• Monitor operational expenses and support internal financial tracking
• Support the team in improving accounting workflows and internal processes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in General Accounting or Finance Accounting
• Experience handling payroll, bookkeeping, and internal accounting operations
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-growing environment
• Able to work independently and manage tasks in an organized manner
• Proactive, careful, and responsible at work
• Good English communication skills for working with international teams
• Experience in IT/software companies is a plus
