Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist the leadership in building long-term vision and development strategies, and monitor implementation progress.
• Propose and manage the company's financial investment activities, track investment efficiency, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Provide advice and assess basic construction investment projects, handle related investment procedures.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of annual business and production plans.
• Direct statistical work and prepare periodic business performance reports.
• Coordinate the procurement of machinery and equipment for business operations.
• Support external relations with government agencies and both domestic and international partners.
• Supervise planning and investment activities in subsidiary companies.
• Manage and develop human resources in the Investment Planning Department.
• Perform other tasks as required by the leadership.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 7 years in managing business and production planning, and investment in enterprises.
• Skills: Proficient in planning, negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving. Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
