1. Advisory Role to Director, Building Financial Management System
- Develop financial management regulations and internal expenditure management.
- Establish professional procedures, accounting processes, settlement procedures, etc.
- Prepare financial statements, analyze financial status, and develop company financial plans.
- Organize the implementation of approved financial plans.
- Develop short- and long-term budgets.
2. Implement, Direct, and Inspect Usage and Management of Costs, Assets, and Capital
- Advise on measures to optimize capital usage and balance capital sources appropriately.
- Organize inspections and reviews of financial revenues and expenditures.
- Monitor and supervise the usage of financial expenditures, procurement of assets, and equipment.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in collecting and managing sales/service revenues and settling expenditures with staff/partners/customers.
- Manage company funds and cash reserves.
- Supervise the enforcement of company financial management regulations.
3. Implement Accounting Operations
- Control data collection, information processing, and accounting data.
- Receive, inspect, and reconcile data.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc business operation reports and balance sheets.
4. Manage and Operate the Finance and Accounting Department
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities.
- Direct, supervise, and inspect all departmental activities.
- Build periodic reporting systems and reports as required by the Board of Directors.
- Organize the safekeeping and confidentiality of accounting documents and related materials.
- Implement digital transformation within the finance and accounting department.
5. Coordinate and Perform Other Tasks as Required by the Director.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- Chief Accountant certificate or specialized financial certificates are advantageous.
2. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preferably with experience in education, e-commerce, online marketing, etc.
3. Knowledge: Understanding of media, marketing, and social media platforms.
4. Skills:
- Proficient in tax regulations, financial accounting principles, and corporate finance.
- Skilled in using Misa accounting software and office computing.
- Strong analytical, data processing, and reporting skills.
