Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Figure Production Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming 2D concepts from popular anime, manga, and games into high-quality 3D sculptures ready for production.

Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling: Create highly detailed 3D sculpts of characters (anime, manga, and games) specifically optimized for figure production.
- Artistic Interpretation: Translate 2D character designs and turnarounds into 3D forms while maintaining the original essence and "soul" of the character.
- Technical Optimization: Prepare models for prototyping, ensuring proper splitting (parting), keying, and structural integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure the final product meets the high-quality standards of the Japanese market.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in 3D character modeling and design.
- Expertise in ZBrush (digital sculpting).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Clip Studio Paint for texture mapping or design adjustments.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing 3D character sculpts, specifically in the anime/manga style.
- Deep interest in anime culture and the figure/statue hobby industry.
- Proven experience working on projects for Japanese clients; understanding the specific aesthetic preferences and quality expectations of the Japanese market.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to take constructive feedback, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
