Factory Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

• Conduct routine inspections of factory equipment, identify maintenance needs, and develop maintenance plans accordingly.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or replacement of faulty equipment parts.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing maintenance processes and procedures to enhance overall equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in equipment technology and maintenance practices, and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• From 3 years of experience in the same role
• Having experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems commonly used in factory machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
