Job Description

  • University Network Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with 20+ top universities, student clubs, and student organizations.
  • Event Program Development: Design and implement workshops, seminars, and competitions on blockchain, fintech, and digital assets tailored for students.
  • Student Ambassador Program Management: Recruit, train, and manage the company’s student ambassador teams at various universities.
  • External Relations and Partnerships: Negotiate with university leaders, faculty members, and student organizations to expand the company’s influence.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Measure program effectiveness, analyze insights on customer behavior and student needs.
  • Strategic Development: Propose and implement new initiatives to expand the company brand within the student community.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional Requirements

  • Event Organization Experience: Successfully organized online/offline events with 200+ participants; capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management tools; capable of handling long-term projects with multiple milestones.
  • Basic Marketing & Communication Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand-building strategies.
  • Negotiation & Partnership Skills: Experienced in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Public speaking, presentations, and the ability to connect with people at all levels from students to university leaders.
  • Quick Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset, crisis management skills, and adaptability.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Constantly bringing fresh ideas for engaging, unique student programs.
  • Strong Time Management: Able to prioritize and handle deadlines effectively.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: Understands Gen Z psychology and builds meaningful connections with stakeholders.

Experience

  • Outstanding Extracurricular Background:
  • Held leadership roles in clubs, youth unions, or student associations (e.g., Club President, Youth Union Executive Committee).
  • Proven success in organizing large-scale events (festivals, competitions, conferences).
  • Experience collaborating with university boards, academic offices, and other departments.
  • Professional Experience (1–3 years) in:
  • Event management, marketing, business development.
  • Startup environments, tech companies, or consulting firms.
  • Graduate trainee programs at major companies.
  • Strong Student Network: Well-connected with leaders of top student clubs and organizations.
