Analyze and track maintenance processes, analyzing cost plans and equipment damage report to ensure quality and performance gains, optimizing equipment and process performance
Give technical assistance related to mechanical expertise;
Manage goals and results, seeking continuous process improvement;
Develop and provide technical training, focused on quality;
Manage Human Resources (lead teams, work plans, vacations, leaves, layoffs, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors)
Distribute tasks to mechanics and technicians.
Desired college degree on engineering (Electrical)
Knowledge of: involved areas / production process / equipment / quality tools
Ability with Windows tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Activity-specific SAP / R3 system skill
Safety and firefighting training
Read blueprints, understand measures, voltmeters, technical drawings, manuals and other materials
