MEP Assistant Manager

+ Assist for construction DD work when participating in a project
(MEP, construction costs, development regulations etc.)
+ Manage the company's technical standards, applying to projects, and training Vietnamese staffs (particularly in the MEP fields)
+ Manage construction project management as a developer (Both design and Enginner fields)
+ Translate information from the Construction Technology Management Department at the head office (Japan) into English and Vietnamese and communicate it to Vietnamese staff
+ Provide explanations and reports in Japanese regarding development regulations and construction technologies in Vietnam
+ Check drawings and give feedbacks to enhance the usage and quality.
+ Giving proposals to JV partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and sharing feedbacks for drawing check
+ Communicate well with JV partner’s engineer team in Vietnamese and understand their intention, and create a good relationship
+ Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings.
+ Other relevant tasks on request by Project Manager and / or Project Engineering Director.
Specific tasks assigned upon joining
+ Site project management assistant in Hanoi & Hai phong area for MEP field
+ Support for construction due diligence work for project participation
+ Update of internal technical manuals for the Construction Team (particularly in the MEP fields)
Qualifications
+ Undergraduate degree in University
+ Age < 38
+ Experience > 10-years’ experience in Construction or Infrastructure field(MEP Specialty)
+ Knowledge and experience in Construction or Infrastructure field(MEP Specialty)
+ Ability of MEP to Project Manage on site or Design (Experience in the fields of Mechanical and Plumbing is preferred)
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the role
+ PC skill (CAD, Word, Excel, Power Point)
+ Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
+ Proficiency in speaking and writing English
+ Will be based in Hanoi, There is a possibility that you will be ordered to work in Haiphong for temporary.
+ Depending on the work situation, there is a possibility of business trips involving overnight stays
