Working time: Flexible working hour, normally is Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm)

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Set up, monitor, audit, optimize digital performance (& content) on multiple digital platforms.
• Proactively make suggestions, next step with the team to improve performance with highly complicated full scope media: Branding, Performance, Content/Creative.
• Proactively research & suggest online (& offline) alternatives to improve app user acquisition, brand / activity awareness. 
• Can do media planning, budget allocation, etc. with logical assumption 
• Optimize projects based on changes. 
• Report, communicate, gather data from other teams to check the efficiency & optimize the performance.
• Set up media platforms to deep tracking data.

• Have experience in running FB ad, GG ad, (and other platform)
• Deep analytical mindset: need to understand the ad numbers and trends
• Problem solving - Aim for improvement
• Understand the priority of problems
• Flexible & adaptive on changes

• Salary: Negotiable + 13th NET Salary (review salary each year)
