- Leading the implementation of Design for Test (DFT) strategies within projects, ensuring technical excellence and successful completion.
- Providing hands-on technical guidance and solutions for scan insertion, ATPG coverage improvement, and pattern generation/simulation, with expertise in both no-timing and timing simulation debug.
- Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their technical capabilities and productivity in the realm of DFT.
- Compiling and presenting detailed status reports to mitigate project risks and address escalations effectively.
- Ensuring stringent process compliance within the assigned module while actively participating in technical discussions and reviews.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- 3+ years of exclusive experience in Design for Test (DFT).
- Intermediate English with the ability to communicate at basic level.
- Hands-on expertise in scan insertion, ATPG coverage improvement, and pattern generation/simulation, with proficiency in both no-timing and timing simulation debug.
- Proficiency in MBIST insertion, verification, pattern generation, and diagnostics, with a thorough understanding of repairability concepts.
- Essential experience with SpyGlass to resolve DFT DRC at the RTL stage.
- Ability to effectively manage a team of 2-3 members, driving them towards milestone achievement in high-pressure situations.
- Desirable functional and integration knowledge of TAP controllers and JTAG.
- Awareness of interface to ATEs, tester hand-off languages (TDL/Verilog), and experience in driving/modifying test procedures.
- Desirable experience in Post Silicon Debug on Tester.
- Strong communication skills and compatibility to collaborate effectively with teams, including those based in India.
