Deputy Director of Non-Life Insurance

Reports To: CEO

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's non-life insurance strategy
• Oversee the underwriting and pricing of non-life insurance products
• Manage the marketing and distribution of non-life insurance products
• Oversee the claims process for non-life insurance products
• Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurers and other strategic partners
• Manage the non-life insurance division's budget and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in the non-life insurance industry
• Strong underwriting, pricing, and marketing skills
• Experience in managing a team of professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
